At BAUER, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective equipment is securely boxed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the equipment's condition.
